The challenge
An agency site that needs a developer for every wording change stops getting updated, and a stale site says more about how you work than the copy on it does.
Our approach
Structural copy lives in version control where it belongs, and everything that changes week to week — articles, case studies, announcements, enquiries — moves into a CMS the team can use directly. The admin sits behind real authentication at the edge rather than at an unlisted URL. Error monitoring was wired in from the first deploy, so breakage surfaces on its own.
What shipped
A site the team can keep current without engineering time, an enquiry inbox that feeds straight into follow-up, and monitoring that reports problems rather than waiting for a complaint.
What it does
- Write and publish articles from the browser
- Add or edit case studies without touching code
- Read and track every enquiry in one inbox
- Flip the announcement bar on and off instantly
- Keep the admin private behind real authentication
- Get told when something breaks, before a visitor says so
